A Simple Smile
Making eye contact, saying a few kind words, or smiling can reaffirm the humanity of a person at a time when homelessness seems to have stripped it away. This small gesture takes but a moment, but has a lasting positive impact.
Serving Others & Changing Lives
However you choose to help homeless people in our community, your time, compassion, and service will be appreciated more than you may ever know. Because a kind word or gesture which comes from a place of service and love for one another has the power to change someone’s life for the better.
100 Meals a Week Makes an Impact
We know that good food alone is not a solution to hunger, health disparities, poverty and isolation. That’s why we also include HOPE! Every blessing bag is filled with love. We include encouragement by including biblical devotions in each package. Letting them know how much God loves and cares for them. We believe that giving them words of encouragement and affirmation can help them make it through another day.
Make A Real Change In Someone’s Life
Encourage your company, school, or place of worship to hire people experiencing homelessness. Most unemployed homeless adults desperately want to work, but need an employer to give them a chance. That hand-up could be exactly what someone needs to help them rebuild their life.

We provide hope that supports recovery. This means we provide resources that will aide individuals experiencing homelessness with tools that support recovery. We have found recovery starts with a positive mindset. Supplying them with the Word of God encourages them to see the light at the end of the tunnel. It helps to educate them to know that they are loved by the creator of the whole universe, and He is ultimately their source. We are just the resource that He works through, being His hands and feet reaching out to them in their time of need.
Essential care kits are a way to help provide immediate assistance to strangers you encounter in your day-to-day life. Care kits provide essential items for people experiencing homelessness. Things like toiletries, nutritious food, hand warmers, first aid supplies, and clean socks and clothing can help to improve their quality of life and make their daily struggles a little easier.

Homelessness is increasing every year in Georgia, and although we can't solve it on our own, we can all help to improve the lives of those less fortunate than us.
